My art tutor said I have a special energy...

He said he sensed that about me when I first met him last week, that I am a very special person. Then I told him about last year when I was in that haunted cemetary and saw that ghost, and he looked at me with a look, like he knew. He said I could develop my gift if I wanted, but I wouldn't even know how to begin. My DH on the other hand refuses to believe that I have this energy, and is right now appearing to be very closed minded on the subject, won't even discuss it. My tutor actually used his energy to heal breast cancer patients at a local hospital, he also has a gift. I suppose that's why I feel comfortable around him. He is an older man who also had a practice in NY where he hypnotized people for all different sorts of problems. He's a very interesting man. I'm glad someone believes me.

Recently, I have started watching Psychic Detectives on Court TV. I am amazed at all the stuff they feel and sense. Every one I have seen so far has been right about the crime.

Do you ever feel things like that? Premonitions, etc?

Yes, not in waking hours, but I have what I'd call premonition dreams. I knew when my Dad was going to die, well...I was off by a week or so, but I had the month correct. My family and I were supposed to go and visit him a week later, but I felt compelled to visit him the Saturday before. He died 3 days later. I told my mom about that dream. She believes in stuff like that.

Another time I had a dream I was riding in the car with my Dad, he was driving, we were going shopping, of course my Dad was deceased when I had this dream. He was going to buy me a present, well...my birthday was in a few days. When I work up that morning, I went into the kitchen, and on the countertop was a tiny pink stuffed flamingo in a McDonald's bag. Now, my husband does not eat there, and I rarely if ever go there, plus, we have no children in the house. I asked hubby if he bought it, he thought I was nuts, asked what pink flamingo, but when I looked at it, I had this feeling come over me, that it was a gift from my Dad. I know, it gives me goosebumps too. There is no other explanation since I didn't purchase it, nor did my husband, and we hadn't any friends or family in our house in months. I guess if you believe enough, things like that can and do happen.

No, I've never astral projected, but I know a person who has, not personally, I know of her, Lorraine Warren, that professional ghost hunter, perhaps you've heard of her. She and her husband Ed have been ghost hunters since the 50's.

I live in Connecticut. That would be an interesting show.

BTW, have you astral projected ever? Just curious. That must be a strange out of body experience.

I generally stay close to home if and when I've astral projected. I remember the first time was when I was a kid.
