My setpfathers name is Jack and when I first met him and would say hi jack, he would respond "never say that in an airport"...of course now that 9/11 has occured its not as funny. (the joke was but I'm talking about him and I)

Sorry, I heard this joke about the man with a wooden leg names Smith, well, what was the name of the other leg 'groan' anyway, with the way that was worded, that was the track my mind was on, "on a plane named Jack" I did not even go so far as to put " Hi Jack" together! Boy did I ruin it! ):

Well, to add insult to injury, I was telling my hubby about this little thread here, (which I should not have because he will give me a hard time for weeks now!) My 11 year old pipes up behind me when I repeated the plane question, in the exact wording as it was here, "that would be bad. "Hijack!" Duh!! "
She is adamant that she never heard it before. She got it right away, the little rat.
I told you they were sucking up my brain power!! I will never live this down. Usually, I am a lot smarter than that!
