Any remedies for chills, I have to get rid of them by next week

I woke up this morning, everything was fine, I spent most of the day in the art lab at school, then when I went to get in my car, my legs felt weak. I decided to go shopping despite that, but even in the stores I felt mild chills so that shopping trip was cut short. I'm drinking a ton of water, anything else which might knock this out of me fast? Thanx guys. I hate feeling this way.

Chills are your bodies way of telling you something is wrong. Chills/fever - all connected. Sometimes certain infections come with chills instead of fever. You need to keep warm and stop moving around so much. Just let your body rest. I frequently got chills during certain illnesses. They're worse than a fever because you can't get warmed up!

I know sometimes if I have the chills that means I have a kidney infection. I feel fine otherwise just have the chills. Lots of water and cranberry juice usually does the trick.

Echinacea Angustifolia (the more expensive kind of herb) and aspirin ... and REST ... to help your body catch back up with your life. That's the only thing I know of that helps. Good luck!

Thanx guys, I think I'll try that cranberry juice, sounds like a good idea. I've been living on applesauce and Advils. My head is still pounding this morning. I figured I've been well for so long, no illnesses this year, then bam it hit me. I don't know if it's the flu or just a bad virus, but I can't wait 'til this goes away.

Try to rest, liquids, and take vitamins, especially vit. C

I got out of bed this morning, took an Advil, felt better, so drove to my sister's house, dropped off the birthday gift for my BIL. She is sick too, something different I guess, no fever for her. I just stocked up on cough drops, echinacia, hope that helps.
I just got home from my sister's house and my DH said, it's so cold in here, and really, it's not, and he said he felt chilled. I don't want to think I gave that virus to him.
