Ah...twas a good day today....How was your day?

First, I called around and tracked down some pudding pops (bought three boxes :)) then I went to Wal-Mart and found an awesome deal on the My Size Barbie of Swan Lake that dd has been wanting. I couldn't pass it up for $30.

Soooo....how was your day? Did you do anything fun or just relax?

Yesterday I had a great day! DH & I FINALLY went and purchased a sofa! We ended up with a reclining sofa and a reclining love seat to match. I am so excited! This is what it looks like only it's not a sectional as seen in pic, but the design and fabric color is the same. Today will be laundry and eBay listing day!

Well, yesterday was a bad day AND a good day. We had to fly home from Florida and the beautiful weather , but we got home safely, and home is always a good place to be.

We've all got the flu here. The up-side is I've lost 10 lbs!

Yesterday was one of the bests I have had in a long time. The weather was beautifull We cleaned up the yard, cleaned up some of the shed, and then went to a friends house for the evening.
It was just a very nice day to be in the yard eventhough it did involve work.

Now today on the other hand I have been lazy. I cooked,sat and watched "Bringing Down the HOuse" (funny by the way) and did a journal entry and now I am here at DOD I should study for my math test in a bit but maybe a nap first

Oh and the weather is still beautiful

It is 67 degrees and not a cloud in the sky! There is very little wind and it is just a gorgeous day! I could live in a climate like this year around.

Well, it was nice, I went shopping 'cause it was sunny out, unlike yesterday with all that rain. I did however get locked out of the dressing room in one store, I wasn't wearing my own top either, it was one of the ones I was trying on. I'm just grateful that when that door slammed behind me I wasn't in my underwear. I just went to the front of the door to get my other clothes to try on and puff, darn door slammed shut on me. You should have seen my face, I was like "What The".

I also went to the thrift store today, found a few cute tops, got a shirt for hubby and brand new sexy sandals with heels for me.

Oh yeh, I also had hubby go with me to an antique shop where I found this cute rhinestone ring and a small Occupied Japan tray for my BIL's collection. Plus Home Depot was on our list this morning, picked up some plumbing supplies for the new toilet, and bought the toilet at the marine store. It'll be electric, we're putting it in a spot in our garage that hubby made over into a room just for that.
