Neat math trick - grab a calculator!

1. Key in the first three digits of your phone number (NOT the area code)
2. Multiply by 80
3. Add 1
4. Multiply by 250
5. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number
6. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number again.
7. Subtract 250
8. Divide number by 2

Do you recognize the answer?

Bizarre....somebody had too much time on their hands to come up with this. I guess I had too much time on my hands to do it too.

It's supposed to end up being your phone number. It worked every time for me, but not for someone else here at work. I think different calculators work somewhat different.

I didn't use a calculator. I did it on paper. And guess what? I came up with my Phone Nunber! So I guess I still remember something from school. hehehe

I didn't use a calculator either, I came up with 3 numbers from my phone #, so I was partially right
