I love my job!

Haven't been here much because I now have 3 jobs, but the most recent is one I love. I am working at Sears and I have gotten some of the BEST deals! Today I bought my DD a pair of flair leg jeans for $2.95. Last month I got a $300 Charbroil grill for $68 and a $50 Dirt Devil stick vac for $9. I also got my DS a $60 NFL winter coat for &17. I also got a $17 Maglight for $3, 3 extension cords for 7 cents apiece and a $50 weedwacker for $15. I am on the team that does all the mark downs, so I get to go and find everything and mark it down. It's like getting paid to go on a treasure hunt! The only down side, is they get back everything that they pay me!!

Anybody else gotten any good deals lately?

My dream job would be Target markdown team. LOL

DD has a retail job and spends almost all her pay buying the clothes there. But that is fine because before she got the job there she was spending MY money there!

I think it's great that you are getting some awesome deals at Sears. You'll have to let us know what you are marking down!

I think that anyone who is working 3 jobs deserves every bargain she gets. That is really neat...I would think that it would be a dream job too!

They are opening a Sears Grand by us this spring. I am very excited to be close by when they have their big clearances.

Well, your bargains are definitely the deals of the year, all I can say is WOW! You really did well for yourself. I'd love to have a job like yours.

Today I got this awesome 14k gold antique band ring for just $100.00, the dealer said it's either from the 1800's, 1920's or 1930's, and it is drop dead gorgeous! It weighs 8 grams, very solid, a lot of gold there.

I work nights as a custodian at the bowling alley on Fort Campbell and I work for NewsAmerica Marketing, the company that prints the Sunday paper coupons. I put up signs and put stickers on the floors and put up the coupon machines in grocery and drug stores. I have gotten some great coupons working for them and occasionally they will have a special marketing job come up that we bet a bonus for. At Christmas, we had a short deadline on a project, but if we made it, we got a $10 Walmart gift card on top of our pay. It's pretty cool and the three keep me hoppin'!
