Question Can anyone recommend a book for a person with high blood sugar?

A friend of mine has it. I'd like to help out as best I can. There must be the perfect book out there with recipes, and foods they shouldn't eat.

Thanx worshipfulheart, I'll see if my bookstore carries it, or else they can order it for me.

the Weston Price foundation is awesome, I attended a great seminar in DC by them, the history of diet and nutrition, various diets around the world.
Sugarbusters! audio tape is very easy to listen to, and very good basic nutrition advice for anyone
