I'm so excited! Just got bedroom furniture for my baby!

Ok, I know she's only 6 months old, but I saw this ad in the paper for an entire set of Thomasville Ribbons and Bows for $400!! I called and the lady was really nice but she had some people coming to look at it already and she would call me back if they didn't take it. So I figured they would be stupid not to, but it was some grandparents and their grand-daughter didn't like it.

I RAN over there...well, I drove. The only problem was we don't get paid until next week, so I asked her if I could give her a deposit and pick it up and pay for it next week. She said sure (I wanted to hug her). I think she could tell I was really excited!

I priced out all of the pieces I'm getting and it was around $2500.

So, what do you think of this quilt to go with it??? I was thinking of lavender walls.

Oh Kristin, that quilt is so pretty, so feminine. I'm so excited for you with the new baby furniture and I don't even have any kids. What a great deal you're getting, bet you can't wait to bring her the rest of the money to pick it up.

Wow! What a deal for such beautiful furniture. The quilt is perfect! I know how you feel!! My girls are 11 and 8 and we just bought our first house so in the next two months we will be taking them each to get bedroom furniture, bedding, etc. It is for them but I am so excited. They have their own rooms and their own style so it will be fun to get to painting and decorating the walls, matching the bedding and decorations, etc. I just hope that I can find a really good deal on some furniture sets for them!

WOW! That is nice furniture!

I'm looking for my baby (coming in MARCH!!) but I feel like I am a little behind. I've been looking at different sites and the best stuff I've found so far is by this Stanley Furniture.. Has anyone heard of them or used them before??

They have a lot of BEAUTIFUL furniture, and the price isn't too bad either.
