Need research help!

I need to do a marketing plan for my college marketing class. I chose to market a house cleaning service. I am trying to find a sample house cleaning service or cleaning service marketing plan online so I can have a guide to follow. Everything I seem to find, having to do with a house cleaning service I have to pay to see. Can anyone help me? Do you think a house cleaning service is a good idea for a Marketing plan or would something be better. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks!

p.s. unfortunately I am not a business major. I majored in Computer Programming, but we had to take an elective so I chose Marketing, nor I think I am regreatting it

A marketing plan is a portion of a business plan but they are seperate. I need to do a marketing plan for a product, service or an idea.

OK... here ya go on Marketing Plans. What you need to do is study the basics of a Marketing Plan. Then find out all you can about the business ie; Cleaning/Janitorial Services. Then apply the basic principles.

Utilizing SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) in
analysis to develop the plan.

This is a good basic plan with a lot of buzzwords, but has a good
outline and sample of how a marketing plan should look.

their software, Marketing Plan Pro. Comparing the plans, you can get a
