I'd never seen any graffiti in our neighborhood at all, but just this week I've noticedtwo concrete walls along a main road have been tagged, plus on a large metal construction dumpster in front of home under construction.

It makes me furious that these punks could do this to my neighborhood. I've talked to some neighbors, and they don't even think it looks like gang-related graffiti, just possibly the work of kids up to no good.

It's important to remove grafitti as soon as possible. If it IS gang related, they are marking their turf and it's important to paint over it or get it removed.

I agree with you though. It makes me mad too and I wonder what could possibly posess someone to knowling destroy someone else's property.

Who raised these kids? How were they raised to have NO regard for others or their private property? Insane.

I'm happy to see this morning that someone (the county?) is painting over the graffiti on the concrete walls already.

crazytimes, unfortunately in this area there are lots of teenagers who have too much time on their hands. They don't need to take a part-time job to earn money, because their parents provide them with the clothes they want, late-model cars plus insurance, etc. It's sometimes hard to find anyone older than 14 to babysit because these girls don't need the money.

Whether it's gang related or not, it just makes a neighborhood look seedy, it has to be removed or painted over. That's just terrible!
