Ever have a problem with Mypoints?

I've been complaining to my points regarding their special promotion of sign up for cosmetique and get 1600 points free. I've complained to both sides but both tell me it's the other's problem. I'm soo mad because I was charged 24.00 for a kit I never received, and NEVER got the points. I know this isn't the first time My points promised points and failed to reward them. Has it ever happened to anyone else.

I made a purchase through them once and never got the points. Now I just click on emails for points.

I hope you can get it resolved, Jennifer.

I accumulate the points from the e-mails, and once or twice made a purchase. It takes forever, but the points eventually show in your total.
