I just watched ALL that I am going to watch of the World Series....

I had to tune in to hear Clay Aiken sing and I was not disappointed. He was fantastic.
As for the games....I hope all you Yankee fans and Marlin fans really enjoy them, but since I am neither, AND I am still grieving over the Cubs and RedSox losses.

Thank you Sue, Angela, and MaryEllen for being the best trainers. My goal is to break 140 again. It would be the first time in 22 years.

NaomiMarie is welcome here
Thumbs up

Clay's da man!!!!!!
I was in the next room folding laundry (for a change LOL).
Charlie called me in with this sense of urgency. He knows how much I adore Clay.
I've been sick with a cold, etc and had totally forgotten that Clay would be singing tonight.
He was AMAZING!!!
At the end of the song I looked over at Charlie. He was wiping his eye. I asked him if he was teary from listening to Clay. He was quick to tell me he had something in his eye

Me too. After the Twins lost I was hoping the Cubs would make it. I must be a jinx!

Though I'm still in mourning over the Cubs' loss, I'm watching. Derek Jeter gives me goose bumps. And then there's Andy Pettite, too.............
