Question NASCAR FANS?
I was wondering if there are any other nascar fans here and who your drivers are? Mine are:

1. #48 = Jimmie Johnson (oh no how CUTE he is has NOTHING to do with it LOL!!)

2. #29 = Kevin Harvick

3. #12 = Ryan Newman (8 wins!!!)

I never thought I'd be into racing but this past year I've really started to enjoy it and look forward to race day!

How about you?

Flash is a Nascar fan, his favorite driver was #3 Dale Earnhardt... /

So now it's #8 Dale Earnhardt, Jr.

When Flash first talked me into watching Nascar with him, I picked #24 Jeff Gordon... Because I liked the way his car was painted! LOL

And DS likes Buckshot Jones, I'm not sure if he's still #00??? That was his number in the Busch series. I'm pretty sure DS picked him cause he thought the name was cool! LOL

I love Nascar and have gone to a few races(I love living in NC)but I did go to the race in Watkins Glen in NY and would rather have watched it on TV.

I've loved racing since I was a kid, my Uncle owned a racetrack in the Pittsburgh area and we went all the time, it wasn't Nascar but I loved it all the same.

My favorite is Michael Waltrip(maybe its cause I am older too), he just seems so nice.

I like Tony Stewart (bad boy!!) and I don't now why, but I like Dale Jarrett too. My bro. is soooooooo into Jeff Gordon, and my dh and 6 yo dd like Ward Burton(not a top finisher). My dh is in NC as we spek watching the race...........if it's not rained out.

YO Steph! I've been a Nascar fan since 1991. I was a #3 Dale Earnhardt fan. When he died, I (and still don't) have a favorite driver. As long as anyone wins the race except for one driver. It's ok with me. The one I don't want to win, and I don't know if my fingers will even let me type his name........nope, they won't let me.......it's the 24 car. 42 drivers can win the race, and to me it don't matter. Just as long as it ain't the 24 car.

As I've said before, DEI rules Talledega!

Okay, Flash, What exactly is wrong with Jeff Gordon? I guess I fail to understand why so many people hate him so much. Is it because you are JEALOUS of his abilities?

I have several drivers that I enjoy watching race.

Jimmie Johnson
Earnhardt Jr.
Ryan Newmann
Kevin Harvick
Jeff Gordon


Tony Stewart has turned around nicely. He used to have a real hot temper and I didn't like him on the track, but I think he learned his lesson and his reputation has begun to recover nicely

But we do root for Dale Jr. and Waltrip.

Thanks Shainie. DEI all the way!! Did you hear about the race where Richard Childress is going to drive the #3 Goodwrench Chevy on the Pace lap? I didn't hear it all, so I don't know if it's one of the races left this year, or the Daytona 500 next year. I kinda like caught the tail end of the segment and don't know what race this will happen. If you know or find out, please post and let me know. Thanks in advance.

I like it when it ISN'T in town!!! (Talladega) I always watch the races on TV though. I guess my favorites are Tony Stewart #20, Ryan Newman #12, Dale Earnhart Jr. #8, and Jimmie Johnson #48.

I admit however, that I love to get on race boards and pull for whoever's # I end up with!! I won last week with Tony Stewart!!
