 At dinner at my house this evening... Tonight for dinner I made "lemon herb chicken with rice"... sounds fancy huh?  It was one of those Campbell's 'complete' dinner things. {I can't cook, okay???} ...Anyhow, about half-way through dinner DS was saying how good the chicken tasted, even though the rice got a bit "too crispy" {slightly burnt} along the edge of the pan [[Note to readers: Please quite giggling]]... But anyways, DS pipes up with this little remark; "Hey Mom! It's like you cooked a real dinner from scratch tonight!!! You did good." I told him that I didn't cook it from scratch, all the stuff came from a box... And he says; "Yeah, I know. But you had to take it out of the box and put it in the pan and cook it in the oven all by yourself." It was too cute/sweet... My little man was proud of his Mama! | Your son is toooooooo cute LOL!!! There must be some kind of "make kids love this" thing in that lemon-herb chicken rice campbell's bake because both of my kids just about licked their plates clean and asked for THIRDS of it when I made it LOL!! I didn't like it very much but they sure loved it!! | Beffie, your story reminds me how my kids will tolerate my homemade macaroni and cheese (lovingly made with butter, sharp cheddar, crunchy bread crumb topping), but they go crazy when I make Kraft mac & cheese from the box

| That is so sweet Beffie! At least he isn't like someone I know. A friend of mine's husband icks and acks if he sees a hamburger helper box, but if she hides it.........he compliments on how good her "casserole" is!! haha
