Ever try putting your Bath and Body Works body spray in the fridge? Then when you come in and feel hot you can take it out of the fridge and have a nice cool spray of your favorite fragrance. Mine is the Mango Mandarin. ![]() __________________ Check out these [Only registered and activated users can see links. I have a stand fan in every room! (Yes, I know it sounds excessive, but I don't like to lug them around.) Another thing that really helped is that I put blinds on my long porch (on the west side of my house). I lower them in the afternoon. They work better than blinds inside the house, because they keep the walls and the glass in the windows from heating up. I also have interior blinds on all my southern-and western-facing walls. If that doesn't do the trick, I've found that wearing a wet T-shirt really cools me off. However, be warned . . . it might heat up your husband! |

A wet T-shirt (LOL). Yeah, I think that would titillate a bit, drive your husband a little wild. Maybe I ought to try that the next heat wave. My DH knows I can be a bit crazy at times. I like to keep him guessing. |

Air Conditioning in every room of the house and when I am tired of that I go hang out on a float in my pool.
