Scrappy doo is clearly a Republican, though since he wanted to take over the world.

yeah, but the whole busting criminals is a right-wing law and order deal...
But then, you got Shaggy and Scooby emerging from the haze you speak of with the munchies...
The episodes with Scrappy, I don't even consider them legit. That was a fiasco.
But glad someone finally responded...because this is one of the more important questions of our time. If either party can convincingly claim Scooby, they got my vote in 2008

Liberals believe in law and order, I don't know why you think they don't. In fact, liberals generally want MORE regulations and laws protecting the country than conservatives and libertarians who take a more laisse-faire approach and want fewer laws and fewer regulations.

So, Scooby IS a Democrat! He's a brown-dog Democrat! (a play on the old phase "a yellow-dog Democrat" ha ha ha)
