Thrift store shopping today

One of my girlfriends came over today, we needed a new thrift store to go to, so I drove 40+ miles several towns over to the Groton, CT Goodwill store. I found a skirt for just $3.99. The funny thing was that there was a girl shopping there and she said to me that she wasn't going to say anything to me, but that she donated that skirt to the store, the one I was buying. We got talking, she was very nice. She only gave it away 'cause she couldn't find a top to match it. My gain, her loss.
I found a top to match it at Marshalls one of our last stops today.

I drove to another town after getting directions to another thrift store but that one was closed, but it was a nice day, the sun was shining, so we didn't mind sightseeing a bit. I even found the Garde theater, I'd wondered where that was. Now I'm all shopped out.

Yesterday I did the BJs wholesale shopping trip and Wal-mart, spent a bundle between those two places but just on clothes we needed for our upcoming vacation, so it wasn't frivolous spending. I don't think I'm renewing my BJ's membership, way too dangerous with those low prices. It's also a bit of a drive to get to.

What buys did anyone get this weekend, any bargains?
