DoD slow today?

Site seems ready to crash... very slow loading pages. I did a routetracer and it's losing packets. Anyone else?

I was just wondering that very same thing. I'm at work and our internet is exceptionally fast.

The fastest thing on this site today is the ebates banner at the top.

yes, we are having problems with TWO servers today... totally different problems on each one. I actually had a power supply start smoking on the WorldVillage server! We are doing a backup on DoD right now, that's why it is slow. We may have some downtime tomorrow or later this week to put in a new hard drive.

TY Mayor. Sorry for your server troubles. I read on MrsMayor's blog that you were having 'issues' a few days ago, and wondered if they were continuing. Thank you very much for replying... Good Luck on the fixes.

Thanks for the reply. I was ready to reboot thinking it was my computer, as usual. Earlier today I couldn't get the site at all. Now it's slower than molasses in January!
