Couple of things on the agenda tonight:

1. Study for Macroeconomics final for tomorrow at 1pm. I am not too worried about it but want to finish well.

2. I used to write poetry all the time, and have been feeling the desire to start again. So I am going to try and write a good "goodbye...see ya later" poem. Actually I think that may be my title.

I want to use the poem in a card to my professor/advisor at school. I am going to miss him so much and he has helped me out so much in my years at the university. So hopefully it will all work out splendidly!

I cannot believe I am almost finished... now I am at the feeling sad to say goodbye part!

Good luck with your macro final.

I know your prof will enjoy receiving a poem from you. The graduates at my university where I work can send a message after they graduate to anyone at the school that they feel has helped them. I have kept all my letters in a file. Sometimes I'm a bit surprised when I receive one from someone who I really didn't think I connected with. But my biggest thrill is when I meet the students at the ceremony and they want their parents to meet me. I even had a student's parents tract me down when I was on medical leave one year. I was staying at my parents' home, 2 blocks from the university. They came over and brought me flowers and homemade cookies to thank me for helping their son.

Our undergraduates have their ceremony on May 8th. There will lots of tears that day!!

woohoooo! Macroeconomics is OVER!!!!!

Just took the final... it went ok, the last 8 questions were over international finance and I have always been shaky on that area!

Only one more final exam left and then I am OFFICIALLY DONE!!

Woohooo.... going out again tonight to celebrate!
