I may send you a copy that I have for outlook 2002 or in other words outlook XP. You don't necessarily need Win XP to use I have win 2000 and I use it, and it works very well. Now please tell me which version do you have?

Yes, I am saying I will send you the latest copy of outlook and you can uninstall your old version and install the new one I will send you and you will be set. On top of that you will have office XP. How that sounds?

Okay I see, one of your windows executable file is corrupted. Try to restore the whole thing to see if that helps if it does not let me know and we can see what we do from there. Also I noticed that you have very little memory installed on your machine "64MB" that is nothing. No wonder your machine is crashing most of the time also, because you have a corrupted file + having so little memory does not help. You should add some more memory if possible but your main priority should be to restore the machine. Let me know what happens.
