Love BEST Deal!

I've found great deals on DOD, PLUS stores I never would have heard of. Zappos had free shipping at Christmas so I bought several pairs of slippers as gifts! I've told all my friends about DOD - the place to go first when shopping on the 'net!

WELLLLL I think it had something to do with coupons from that company we are not allowed to say anymore here.......hehe EB

My next great deal was the beauty pack from last year- That was a fun box to receive. Anyone remember it? I think it was from Allure.

Mine had to be the MCI/Amazon deal! You got $150 credit at Amazon for signing up for MCI with on-line billing. I had 2 telephone numbers signed up, so I got $300. My brother owed me $125, so he said that I could change his 2 numbers over and keep the Amazon gift certificates. So I ended up with $600 credit at Amazon! I was thrilled out of my mind! I got a new TV, VCR, CD/tape deck, a scanner, all sorts of toys for my son, power tools, books; you name it!

My best deals were the "Free for Californians" deals. I got a George Forman grill, walkie talkies, Cuisinart mini chopper, pen camera and $50 savings bond each for the cost of a stamp.

I also enjoyed the recent free shipping/no minimum at babygap.com. Sent some clearance pajamas to my niece for just over $7.

Some of best deals were the Yves Rocher deal around October of last year. You got free shipping with no minimun purchase and I was able to pay $1.00 for a bath fizz tablet and got a free $40 beauty gift pack of assorted products. They were mostly full sized products ane even had a full sized perfume in there. Great deal.

Also, I used to get lots of free or almost free cat litter from pets.com with their gret coupons. Oh, and there was an online drugstore that would offer half off of your entire order up to $120 and free shipping occasionally. That was a great way to stock up on cotton balls, shaving cream, and such stuff.

Here's an interesting new promotion from Drugstore.com. They call it an "ePunchcard", and this is how it works: you buy a particular item, and they "punch" your card for each purchase of that product. When you've filled up your punch card, you get a FREE product! Products available for this program right now include Pepcid AC, Rogaine, o.b., Nicorette, and Opti-Free. Follow the link from their main page.

The best deal I found here at DOD was the 50% off code that was posted for JC Penney last month. I went crazy with that one and bought all of the things that I had been holding out for until a good deal came along... and it certainly did.

When the original MotherNature.com was going out of business, we had a blast here. It was sort of like a scavenger hunt, finding incredible bargains all over the MN site and then posting them. As the percent off got incrementally higher, we'd find newly reduced goodies that everyone had to have and many of us would immediately place yet another order. I was able to add to my collection of natural healing books (aromatherapy, herbs, etc.) with some great 80% off deals. I remember buying a ton of MN brand lip balm and soaps for under a dollar, and beautiful note cards, essential oils and accessories, natural snacks, vitamins, and bath products for unheard of prices.

Tongue best deals at DOD

My favorites are the car test drives. I've gotten sooo many free things from those! I, too, loved the coupons we got from that store we can't mention; got lots of Christmas gifts that year for next to nothing! Also, got a great deal on Fiestaware at Amazon through a DOD link. DOD is my "must check" site daily.

My best deal was a couple years ago, Christmas time. My youngest DD wanted to give all her friends these little make-up kits. $14.99 each at Rite-Aide. Was beyond the budget to get that. So checked DoD and found a post about PlanetRX and a sale they were having. Found the exact same make-up kit for $3.98 each. Even better...FREE SHIPPING!! Bought 6 kits and everyone was happy!

My Best deal off DOD

That would have to be the 150.00 Amazon Gift Card from MCI posted here a few years back.

Got LOTS of christmas gifts with that.

This is tough..There is no way I can say ONE was the best.

I got a gazillion bath towels from KMart.com during that fast and furious sale a couple of years ago. Awesome deal!

The other two that stand out were Etoys when they were going out of business and Great Entertaining when THEY were going out of business! Stocked up on birthday gifts and party supplies!
