| Place to report deadbeat merchants? Is there a place to do so online (like a BBB online) ? My roomate just got done with a nasty transaction with a merchant. I know there is a place like this...just can't think of the name/website. TIA!

 Whatever happened to quality workmanship, my new microwave is DEAD!!! Remember how long I waited to get that darn thing, 'cause Fed-X lost it on me? I've only had it, maybe a little over 4 months now, and it is not working at all. I told my DH it doesn't even pay to get it fixed 'cause the labor alone would probably cost around $65.00, more than the microwave itself. What a ripoff! My DH went to Wal-mart yesterday, got us a new microwave, a nice looking black one. At least it's working. Anyone else have problems with stuff they bought new? I can understand if it's used, but NEW??? You can report your complaints on this Better Business Bureau web-site. They also tell which complaints they handle and which ones they don't.
