I LOVE spring!

I like spring, but it's not my favorite season. Fall is my favorite. I don't know why for sure but it just is!

I LOVE spring and fall too! The temps are just right and all of the colors......in spring you have blooming flowers and trees and in the fall you have the leaves.

I like spring because of all the plants blooming and those in the nurseries to purchase. It's time for the first grilling and sprucing up all the ugly sights of winter outside!

I love springtime, it really makes me feel good, somehow it gives me energy. I love it when just that slight hint of warmth is in the air, and the flowers start coming up.

I like Spring the best of all because to me it symbolizes renewal and new beginnings: baby birds and beautiful blooms and the trees with all their green growth and buds. Cool nights and warm days. Showers. Planting the garden. Lightening. Weeding the garden. Pollen. Did I say spring is the best? Think I will change my vote to Fall.....hmm all those leaves to rake and then the gloom as all the trees lose their leaves....No I pick summer because we have air conditioning and can escape the heat....

I voted for Spring.
Generally there is a late freeze that zaps the azaleas in my yard, but it didn't happen this year. So all the the spring blooms are spectacular. This evening I sat on the deck of a friend who lives in a wooded area and the view was breath-taking. The trees were covered in that light green unique to young leaves, there were drifts of white dogwood blossoms in the woods, jonquils and irises peeked out from the edge of the yard and azaleas of all shades of red/pink/orange were in full bloom. Chickadees, titmice, doves and other birds flittered around in the trees and their musical calls filled the air. The sky was a perfect azure blue. And now I'm sniffling and can barely open my eyes because of the wonderful irritating pollen.

Spring is definitely my favorite, in spite of my stuffy nose and sinus-allergy headache. I love the nice temperatures, bright sun and flowers everywhere. Enjoy the season!
