My bf and I had a debate over dinner tonight and I had to prove that I'm right lol. BTW, my vote was white meat. Dark meat is too greasy and slimy.

White here, too. Dark meat....ugh. It works really well at our house, because my husband prefers dark. But he'll eat anything. Me? I'm a REALLY picky eater. It not only has to be food I like, it has to be the right texture and temperature before I'll eat it.

White, mainly because it's lower in fat. I do have a couple of good recipes using thighs, which is dark, and it's delicious!

And a peeve of mine is when I see someone bite into a peice of chicken....ewww....I can't stand it! I pick it apart with my fingers before I put it in my mouth. You will never catch me sucking on a chicken bone like some do. GAG! LOL

Prefer white also, BUT never met a chicken I DIDN'T like..white or dark Ohhh yeah, meant to add that I like using the dark meat for recipes calling for shredded chicken.

I prefer dark meat - thighs. Breasts are often so dry.

Wings and legs annoy me though, they're too much work for such little meat. LOL
