You don't need to reply to this post. I just wanted to say there are 3 baseball games on tv tonight so I am in a little bit of heaven on earth. Won't be posting....too busy watching and peddling my stationary bike. Perhaps my Braves will finally win one.....not used to them being so pathetic.

Hey, Chippers. I graduated from high school with one of the Braves' relief pitchers......Kerry Lightenberg! We all knew he'd end up pro at some point in his life. Is he still with the Braves? We got our high school alumni directory a short time ago and all it says now is "Pro Basebal player". It used to list his mailing address c/o the Atlanta Braves.

Thanks for the info Chippers. I guess I have another team to follow now, too.

The Twins had their season home opener last night & it was really cool at the beginning of the game. They had the troops over in Iraq throw out their first pitch via satellite!

LOL/ I agree the O's are pretty bad, but my poor Braves are 1-3 in the early going, and I think they will eventually do just fine.

Well my White Sox's are 2-3. They lost first three & have won
two in a row. I'm listening to Atlanta Game on Cable-Maddux got
pounded they are losing 11-1 <ouch>.

The do not watch list of teams that stink IMO.

Currently the O's are on television. My DH is watching the game (I have no idea why.) They are losing to the Red Sox by a score of 12-2. And the game isn't even over.


How long till football season??!!

Braves won for the second time today. They seem to be able to win only if they score double digit runs. Could be a long year....Football- yuck! Too each his own.
