Looked to me like many in the audience were crying also. Emotions are running high. I didn't plan on crying while watching AI tonight. My son was like, "Mom! Why are you crying?"

Heck I cried when Ruben sang "Sweet Home Alabama"! I was afraid that he'd have a hard time with the category, but I think he pulled it off well. I say the top 3 will end up Ruben, Clay & Trenyce.

What about Joshua?? I think he will be up there, too.

Isn't it amazing how even the good ones can be eliminated? As time goes on you realize some of them can only sing certain kinds of songs or they don't have stage presence or whatever else that makes them seem ordinary compared to the rest.

I was impressed with Julia's departure and I actually felt bad. I think she had a lot of grace and good attitude about it. Granted she must've realized she would go soon being in the bottom 3 each time. I think she thoroughly enjoyed her time and probably felt she did better than she ever thought she would. I also really like her look the night before...the black with the orange? shirt. She was looking so much better and getting better onstage.

What was up with Kimberly though?? She's going to be a basket case every night?? Maybe she was so relieved it wasn't her getting the boot?? I was quite surprised that she beat out Corey for the bottom 3...

Next week I think it will be Carmen, Corey, and Kimberly Locke on the bottom...based of course on the present state of things. They will have to pull something off to stay in. IMO

We don't have a contest for this show do we? That would be great to guess the AI from the beginning.

One of my favorite patriotic songs-although wouldn't it be nice
to say men & women in song?? I get choked up when I hear
the song also, but I won't admit it Or did I just admit it-LOL !

Not sure about Clay, he's on next.....I think
I thought Julia was great-she's a better singer imo then a couple
others that are still around. I sure hope Rickey Smith is gone next
or Corey.

Ruben did a decent job with the song-hey country isn't exactly
his genre (is that spelled right?). He got the audience into it,
and he plays well with the audience. He will def. be in the top
3 !

You have nailed my top AI contestants....

Clay, Joshua, Trenyce, and Ruben.....in that order.

I really think Clay will take it! When Clay sings, I get goose bumps! And even Ruben too, the past couple weeks (especially with 'A Whole New World' from Aladdin). Joshua is just great, too! I'd like to see him get to finish out the competition without being called to Iraq first.
