| "Oh friendly dagger, here is thy sheath.” The reprehensible politicians and their predictable success in manipulating the thinking of mainstream American culture is perhaps the most recent proof offered to support the claim that America has nearly completed its transformation from a land where upward mobility is based on innovation, intellect, and the boundlessness of human creativity, to depths that define a hapless mudsill class, ruled not by the aforementioned but by the unforgiving laws of ignorance, mediocrity, and foolishness. The levels indignity and inanity offered by said group have found an endless reservoir in the simple and unlettered. The ultimate bete noire to the educated classes, The Congress and their detestable antics have finally brought closure to the suspicion surrounding the notion that America is in fact doomed - courtesy of Wet Seal clad stupidity and greedy banking institutions. I will reveal to you know what “IT” is all about. Money, Power, Money, Power, and of course, Money. Separating you from your money, and what you work for is their main objective. When the commoner is stripped of their wealth, they are then ripe and ready to be demoted into a mindless rabble working-slave-middle class. I don’t believe we should be slaves. I present to you here a few methods to extract some wealth of your own from these blood sucking creatures and the greedy conglomerates they support. FLINT Strategy #1 Your House or Mine: Own a home? Or…do you just have the illusion of owning a home? If you own it, do you have a mortgage? If your answer was in the affirmative, then you are merely a mudsill renter, a victim of the Rothchilde’s legacy, a tenant. What can you do about it, the deck is stacked and the cards are dealt you may bleat like lambs in line for the ultimate slaughter? Fight back, and bilk them using their weakness against them….their greed: If you have any equity in your home whatsoever, or even if you do not…. 1: Get a Home Equity Loan – for as high a limit as you can. Make sure there are absolutely NO fees and no closing costs. These loans (known as HELOCs in Banker’s slang) usually have both a checkbook and credit card associated with them. Make SURE you get one that has both a check book and a credit card associated with the account. Obtain the loan with a bank OTHER than your principal mortgage bank. This makes re-possession very difficult for the holder of the HELOC since they must repay the first mortgage before they can deprive you of your domicile. 2: DO NOT go out and buy a minivan, cheese puffs, mall clothing (masquerading as designer label), or the Monster Truck Video collection Uncle Nate wants with this line of credit, it WILL be used only as a pipeline. 3: You know all those banal Zero Percent Credit Card Offers you use to light your illegal Havana Cigars with?…..Take them all. Yes…You heard me right starchild, take each and every one of them provided the criteria below is met. 4: Check the fine print (yes the lawyer-begotten legal mumbo jumbo) for each of the offers. You only want to know a few things. How long does the zero percent last, and ARE THERE FEES. If there are any significant fees, add those offers to your cigar lighting pile, otherwise…. 5: Accept all offers and specify your newly acquired HELOC as the destination of the transfer. You will have a negative balance. Proceed then to write yourself a check for the full amount and deposit it in a high interest bearing account or any liquid reasonably safe money market account. (I suggest ING bank for most folks, 2.5%, no fees, no minimums, and $25 free for those who open an account). 6: You paid no interest on the HELOC, it was only a conduit and is useful because these type of accounts allow for high balances, are connected to the credit card merchant network, and have NO cash advance fees associated with the check. Your average daily balance was zero (the negative balance cancels out the effect of the check). Thus, you pay zilch. 7. Make the small minimum payment of the cards, and pay them off before the rates slide back to the obscene. Repeat the above until you are as rich as I, and I will see you at Pebble Beach this spring. There are many variations of the above plan. This post is just to get you thinking. FLINT does many such schemes and wonders if anyone in this new-found virtual world is interested in discussions of this nature. If you don’t care to pursue this friendly advice, If you own a trailer, have appliances on your porch, oil stains and/or domestic brand vehicles on your front lawn, wear black-rock concert T-shirts, or have any family member named Cooter, then pass the Red Man and we will talk about something else. In, all seriousness, if you have an interest in this type of financial free float or posts of this nature, please let FLINT know and he will write some more. __________________ [Only registered and activated users can see links. | My esteemed colleague 3Tbear: You are “spot on” my good chap. FLINT hopes some of you will consider my scheme as outlined above or any variation that suits your finances. Even though FLINT peppers his scribbling here with a jocose tone, he is quite serious when he speaks of money matters. To all FLINT’s esteemed colleagues here: You kindness overwhelms FLINT. FLINT does consume caffeine but tries to do so abstemiously. FLINT has also discovered that mixing oxycontin and Tic-Tacs produces drug addicts with fresher breath (which is recommended by 9 out of 10 doctors in a survey conducted by those people who so conduct and compile such effluvia). FLINT is grateful for your kindness and will repay you by annoying you with his bizarre and bifurcated posts from time to time as your tolerance permits. FLINT also would be glad to periodically share his insight on money matters, stock and bond markets, real estate, personal finance, and the acquisition and smuggling of government cheese, dairy, and poultry products if there exists any interest on such matters. FLINT hopes you and your family have a lovely evening, and God Bless __________________ [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now]

| Flint you have no idea how delighted I was to see this post today. You never fail to stimulate my brain with your thought-provoking posts that never resort to attacking other DOD members. Very refreshing. The financial scheme you outline sounds pretty good except most of the 0 % offers seem to have a "catch" somewhere in the fine print and I am not sure I have the time or the ambition to check all that fine print before I apply. Plus I already have so many credit cards (all paid off/ no debt) that I actually received a rejection the other day..... Anyway, please keep posting. I have enjoyed every single post so far and fully expect to do so in the future. |
