If you could go back in time, what year would you want to live in?

For me, I'd pick 2 different periods in time, one, 1939 only 'cause that's when the NY World's Fair was. I can only dream about how wonderful it must have been back then. The other would be in the 1950's, I would want to be a teen in the 1950's. In the 50's we didn't worry about anthrax, or people from other countries blowing up buildings in the U.S., it was a quieter more innocent time. I can even picture myself in bobbie socks and saddle shoes and of course I'd have to have a poodle skirt and hang out at the malt shop.

LOL too cute! That's why I voted for the 50s. I just want to know what I look like in those clothes. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't want to LIVE in any other period but it would be cool to visit.

I would probally chose the 80's cause I would sure do things alot different all thru the 80's (from age 7-17) to 90

Okay, that sounded weird. I WAS living the year I was born. I want to know what it was like living then as an ADULT.

Actually 3tbear I was thinking more along the lines of a mansion.

It would probably be somewhere in the North because I don't think I could have handled all the heat in the South with air-conditioning. LOL
