Two hour Michael Jackson Documentary on Thursday

You probably don't care but the older this wacko gets, the more he intrigues me. I just gotta watch this.

20/20
Tune in to a special two-hour documentary on the extraordinary, often bizarre, life of reclusive pop icon Michael Jackson. Thursday at 8/7c.

20/20 will air an intimate documentary about Michael Jackson on February 6. Living With Michael Jackson provides "unprecedented and exclusive access to Jackson's private life," according to ABC.
The documentary was such a hot property that ABC outbid network rivals and reportedly paid between $4 million and $5 million for American broadcast rights.

The film follows Jackson for eight months of his life, with British journalist Martin Bashir interviewing him extensively about his personal life. Bashir and his cameras were even with Jackson on the day he famously swung his baby outside of a Berlin window.

He's not a favorite of mine but I have to watch to see what weird things he has been up to lately besides the baby incident. He claims to have had only two plastic surgeries!!! Can you believe it? He has more than one screw loose for sure.

It sounds interesting, his 5 year old also is interviewed I guess. I saw bits and pieces of it yesterday, where his kids had on these feather butterfly masks.

I don't know what to make of him, he's a nutjob.

I do think the "baby dangling" incident was blown out of proportion. It was stupid, yes, but not as big of a deal as everyone makes it out to be.

The other night I asked DH if he'd watch Shane while I take a shower and he said "Sure, pass him down" and I pretended like I was giong to toss Shane over the railing, so I guess if there was a news crew in my house at the time, that could be a scandal too. But then again, I'm not famous, so no one would blink an eye.

Oh, I forgot to mention, in the interview, they said when his baby girl was born, after he cut the cord he wrapped her up in a towel and fled the hospital and took her home - with all the placenta and blood still all over her, then cleaned her up at home.

They're saying that Jackson hires people (cooks, maids, bodyguards, etc) that will turn a blind eye to everything he does. No one questions his judgement.

For all of his freaky weirdness, he is supposed to be a huge humanitarian. Supposedly, his employees makes well above average salaries. He has "adopted" a couple of families in need, bought them houses, paid for all sorts of things. He has paid for college educations for several kids.

I wish I could remember where I read that. I think it was in RL print, not internet print though.

I still think he's a freakazoid, but it did make me not HATE him as much...lol.

Shocked

the wacko has some $$$. He owns the rights to every song by the Beatles, Hank Williams Sr and others. Not to mention his own albums which sold millions.
