How about jelly shoes? And the jelly bracelets?

Dr. Scholl's flip flop/clog style shoes?

And the high heels like Sandy wore in Grease... During "You're the one that I want"...

Tube tops...

I don't remember that exactly, but I do know that to this day, I still say to my youngest, "why don't you go 'call on' so and so."

Re: Fun from the past, do you remember when?

How about the big puffy yarn type of hair ribbons. I loved those! or going out on Halloween night for hours and hours with a pillow case, a costume with a rubber band on the plastic mask that always cracked and got sweaty and a step into costume, and we'd stay out without parents walking us around. Does anyone remember fuzzy soap? or flavored toothbrushes? Mine was strawberry. How about a drink mix that tasted like egg nog that you'd mix in milk? I forget what it was called. I loved that soo much!

Did it have a sissy bar, too? Mine had one of the really tall ones, and it was cool, when you stopped on the street to chat, you'd just lean right back on it. Groovy.

CB radio was a very popular way to chat with people
There was 1 car per family
