Has anyone ordered from Boscov's online ?

I saw their ad on the DOD home page and wondered if they give good service and delivery on fashion items? I am still looking for a winter jacket and they have quite a few on their sale pages.

I ordered from them in November, breadmaker. They provide you with a UPS tracking number and I always like that. I have never had a problem with UPS so delivery was fine and I didn't have a problem with the item either so I wouldn't know how their CS is...ummmmm...I'm not really helping am I?!?! LOL! Pipanella has ordered from them also, that's the only reeason why I went ahead and placed my order.

Sorry, I've never shopped Boscov's online.. but do shop at their
b&m store near me.. and if their service online is comparable to their b&m.. you won't have a thing to worry about. Great store, great merchandise and excellent sales!!

As Mouse said, I've ordered from them before (who HAVEN'T I ordered from? ). It was about a year ago, and I had no problem whatsoever.

Thanks , gang! I placed an online order this morning for a winter coat with Boscovs . I just can not find anything around our town here. ---- If this works out well for me , I will be a happy camper and a return customer for sure!

I wish they had a store nearby . We live in Central PA . and I have been to the stores in Harrisburg and Lancaster - loved them! They seem to have plenty of selection in all size ranges too.

Are they building a new store in the Altoona area ? My husband thought he had read that awhile ago. Also is there one in Johnstown ?

We used to live in Altoona and visited the Richland Mall a good bit . Long time ago......

I have ordered quite a few times and have never had a problem with them. They have some very good sales.
