Whatls for dinner on Christmas Eve?

My kids, ages 16, 20, and 25, have requested spaghetti and meatballs. I have a very nice loaf of Italian bread from a bakery, and a salad ready to go.
My oldest son came home from law school with 3 dollars in his pocket so I told him not to try to buy us any gifts this year....so..yesterday he said "Mom, for Christmas I want to make you all the Christmas dinner" I could not receive a better present. Maybe I did do something right......

Christmas Eve we have Hodge Podge.
*Cookies
*Shrimp
*Salami & Crm Cheese Rolls
*Cakes
*Chicken Salad
*Nuts
*Whatever

Now I sent them out to look at lights while I wait for SANTA.
Means I'm about to have a drink, make Hanky Pankys and surround our tiny tree (it's actually buried by the gifts).

We'll have tummy aches in the morning I guess.

We were just going to stop at some place off the highway to eat on our way to my sister's house X'mas Eve, however, we got a late start, so didn't have a chance to, so, we didn't eat. Meanwhile, we arrive at my sister's house about a 1/2 hour late to find them still sitting at the dinner table. Well by that time I was feeling hungry, and smelling that food didn't help. Nothing like inviting yourself to dinner huh? My BIL said they had plenty of food and if we would like, we could join them, so we did. I was so glad he offered. But all things evened out if you know what I mean 'cause they reaped a whole lot of gifts from us, including 2 matching Tiffany style lamps which they just loved. Everyone had a great time opening their gifts, and we've reclaimed our computer room and can now walk in there again. Now we are spending a nice peaceful time at home doing nothing on this Christmas Day. It's time to relax.
