Help with old baseball cards

Im not sure if this is the place I should put this but my mother (lol yeah im talking about her again) and I found a bunch of my grandfathers old baseball cards. We know nothing about them and was wondering if anyone could lead us in the correct direction. Ill tell you this and this is mainly all I know they are from the mid 60s and I know they are not complete sets.
I do not know what kind of shape there in or anything like if there in mint condition etc.
I did a little searching on the net for sites to find out prices but alot of the sites I got into you had to buy a membership.
Please help us out lol
lol maybe my mom is rich and I dont even know about it.
the Only player that I reconize in those cards is Johnny Bench.

I started collecting baseball card about 10 years ago and hubby has collect football cards for as long as I can remember. We buy Beckett books to look up their value (per card). The Beckett book (more like a magazine) cost $4.99 (US funds).

Thanks ill check out that site and try to find that magazine! lol hope I can figure them out lol last time I tried it was like sterio instructions.
My thing is I dont want to take them to some sporting collection place and have them say they are worth knowing I dont know a thing about them and say they will buy them from me for $20 then find out we sold them some Great card that is worth more then 20 its self.
