I'm looking for a cake recipe for a back to school party.....

Last year I made a cake in the shape of a school bus...pretty cute...the wheels were doughnuts, etc.

I also had a recipe for a cake that was shaped like a giant pencil. It looked pretty basic....I could probably just create my own. BUT I was hoping someone else might have seen this or have the recipe? I have searched my house from top to bottom and searched the web, too.

Can anyone help me please? Thanks.

I looked all over for the recipe you are talking about. I have the book with the school bus in it and I remember seeing a pencil in it. I finally found my book, and the thing I thought was a cake is really pencil cookies. I'm not sure if this is what you are talking about, but I found the recipe on the web if you need it. Good Luck!
