Do they triple coupons in Upstate NY or Vermont?

I'm doing some travelling this summer and I was wondering if anyone knew of stores in the Buffalo/Rochester/Syracuse/Albany area or in Vermont that triple coupons? Thought it might be fun to go on a spree while I'm in the neighborhood!

Jubilee does in Buffalo, but the stores are kind of old and small. Also they will ony triple to 35 cents I think. Tops and Wegmans both double up to 99 cents.

That's one big neighborhood, Buffalo is at least 4 hours by car from Albany.

Anyway, in the Albany area, Price Chopper has coupons in their flier for triple coupons. Or at least they did up until about 2 years ago when we moved away.

No triples in the Albany area but I'm an hour away in Pittsfield MA and they triple in our Stop and shop and our Price Choppers!
