Best places to get grocery coupons?

Hi,

Hoping you can help me out. I read about people cutting their grocery bill in half using coupons but I can't seem to find many on a regular basis, or at least not for the items that I want (DH & I are both vegetarians). What are the best ways to get coupons? The ones that come in the weekend paper are usually for items I don't use. I live in Maine and shop at Shop & Save and Shaw's. I know that Shop & Save doesn't double coupons, and I'm pretty sure that Shaw's doesn't either. I belong to Nesteggz, but those coupons are only .10 off at the register and I haven't had any that I've used show up in my Nesteggz savings account yet. What are the best websites for getting free coupons? Some of the sites I have come across are Shopwise, MyCoupons, CoolSavings, Couponsurfer, but I don't want to sign up for all of these if all they offer is a discount at the local Pizza Hut, I'm really just looking for grocery coupons.

So, please recommend sites for printing free coupons or for exchanging coupons with others. Any tips or hints appreciated! Thanks

Another quick question

Is it normal to swap coupons that are printed from someplace like Cool Savings, Nesteggz, Yahoo, etc.? If you want to trade these coupons should you note that the coupon is printed from one of these sites? Just wondering before I start listing my coupons. Thanks!

Belive it or not...I have found coupons for many items that I purchase on a reg. basis right on eBay. I JUST won an auction for TWELVE coupons for Purina Dog Food(each one good for a FREE 8 lbbag) Total savings over $113. Granted I paid $41 in the end but still a savings of $72.00. WOOHOO
You can even find auctions for the Sunday flyers on eBay......some people sell a lot of like 10+

Thumbs up Re: Best places to get grocery coupons?

Let me repeat what someone already said, because its worth repeating. BUY coupons from eBay for massive savings. For a couple examples, today alone there are 14971 items that are listed when I typed in the word "coupon".

Buy Lowe's coupons for 10% off for a couple bucks and save $100 or more, depending on what you buy.

Buy grocery coupons on eBay too. You can save a massive amount of money, esp. on baby stuff, like food and formula.

Good Luck.

Re: Best places to get grocery coupons?

I have a site I started that has a section dedicated to Food and Beverage coupons, as well as a section for Health and Beauty and Cleaning and Laundry. No signing up required and all are free.

Also some other sites I would recommend are:

Smile Re: Best places to get grocery coupons?

Here is a site where you buy the coupons CHEAP. most are 5 to 10 cents each. Seems like they have almost every coupon you need. I've used it for years

sometimes they'll even let you know when and where you can save a bit extra because some store has it on sale
