Best places to get grocery coupons?

I was in Target the other day and a woman told me about a site to buy coupons. She told me she gets some as low as 2 cents a coupon. Of course I forgot the name of the site, it was a quick conversation. Can anyone help?

I get mine for 5-10 cents from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] but they come in lots of 20. That's fine for me since I have a large family.

One thing that a lot of people don't know is that manufacturer's issue different values of coupons for the same thing. In our area we get lots of $1/2 coupons. But other areas will get $0.50/1 or $0.75/1. This makes a huge difference if you have grocery stores that double coupons. Most will double only up to 0.99. So if you have a .75/1 coupon it will double to $1.50. But a $1/2 coupon will be the same. So I always look on eBay for the .50/1 and .75/1 values!
