Chatter box Turkey and biscuit recipe....I liked it...wanted to share :)

Double Cheeseburger Pizza Rounds

1/2 pound ground turkey or beef
1 (16.3 oz) can Pilsbury Grands Buttermilk Biscuits
1 egg yolk
1/4 teaspoon water
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 (14-oz) jar pizza sauce
4 oz (1 cup) crumbled freta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
Dash of Worscestishire sauce and hot pepper sauce
Dash salt and pepper
4 oz (1 cup) shredded pizza cheese blend or mozarella cheese

Heat oven at 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheetwith non stick cooking spray. Brown ground bef/turkey in large skillet over medium high heat for 5-7 mins or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently.

Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Place 2 1/2 inches apart on sprayed cooking sheet. With bottom flat 2-inch diameter glass or with fingers, press out each biscuit to form 3 1/2 inch round with 1/4 inch rim around outside edge. Combine egg yolk and water and blend well. Brush over tops of sides of biscuits and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Add all remaining ingredients excapt pizza cheese to ground meat and cok for 1 min, stirring constantly. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the meat mixture into indentation in each biscuit. Sprinkle with pizza cheese.

Bake 12-17 mins or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Carefuly remove from cookie sheet.
