Click on Recipe Search in the tool bar at the top. There's only one big down side (for me): these were designed for restaurants, so most of them are pretty big! But that could be wonderful, if you're cooking for several or if you find one that freezes well! [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] Also, I noticed some of the Uncle Ben's recipes call for a "box" of rice... by looking thru the products list, looks like that is about 12 cups for most boxes, but you may want to double check to be sure (for example, I know the oriental fried rice is in a larger box). But there are some very tempting sounding recipes in there! I may have to learn how to cook in bulk (or how to divide a recipe down correctly- lol!)... Mmmmm... I think it's time for me to go track down some lunch!

I found alot of recipes that I can make then freeze for a later time. Thanks for posting it!! I liked the chocalate chip cookie recipe, but it didnt tell what temp to bake the cookies at. What temp do you think would be good??? |

rose84, Personally, I'd probably look in a cookbook for a similar recipe and go by the temp there... If I didn't have anything to compare to, though, I would guess around 350-375, and then just keep a close eye on them... Good luck!
