Click on Recipe Search in the tool bar at the top. There's only one big down side (for me): these were designed for restaurants, so most of them are pretty big! But that could be wonderful, if you're cooking for several or if you find one that freezes well!

Also, I noticed some of the Uncle Ben's recipes call for a "box" of rice... by looking thru the products list, looks like that is about 12 cups for most boxes, but you may want to double check to be sure (for example, I know the oriental fried rice is in a larger box). But there are some very tempting sounding recipes in there! I may have to learn how to cook in bulk (or how to divide a recipe down correctly- lol!)...

Mmmmm... I think it's time for me to go track down some lunch!

I found alot of recipes that I can make then freeze for a later time. Thanks for posting it!!

I liked the chocalate chip cookie recipe, but it didnt tell what temp to bake the cookies at. What temp do you think would be good???

Personally, I'd probably look in a cookbook for a similar recipe and go by the temp there... If I didn't have anything to compare to, though, I would guess around 350-375, and then just keep a close eye on them...
