Leftover idea....Turkey Pot Pie (easy!) Turkey or Chicken Pot Pie
1 refrigerator pie crust (can get them where they sell biscuits)
2 cup cut up turkey (or chicken)
2 cans potato soup
1/2 cup milk
1 can mixed vegetables (like Veg-All), drained
Mix up and put in pie crust.
Bake 375 for 45-55 min.
I also added some onions and peas and broccoli to it, just because I had some leftover. Very easy and good. Can also freeze for later if you are sick of turkey right now! |
