Red potatoes make the best potato salad...Whites good to

I make mine really plain just potatoes , egg, mayo, must. and some season all.

My sister makes what she calls bake potato salad.
Potatoes, eggs, mayo, must, bacon bits, and cheese sounds yuck but its really good...

My aunt makes hers with potatos, egg, lots and lots of mayo and must and chopped onion and pickle relish.
I dont like it that way but the others do

Have fun and let us know how you do yours

Idaho potatoes, lots of mustard, a little mayo, garlic, mustard, dill pickle relish, chopped Noon-Day onion, mustard, salt and pepper to taste, mustard, paprika, and don't forget to put in mustard.

..removing smart a** hat for a moment..

Ok..I like it w/ mayo (Miracle Whip), touch of mustard, sweet pickle relish, touch of sugar (can ya tell I'm a sweet addict..lol), LOTS of boiled eggs, bit of VERY FINELY chopped onion and the green tops as well and just because..sprinkle of paprika all over the top.

One thing I CAN'T stand is CELERY..I don't care how fine it is..my once upon a time MIL use to make it that way no matter what..so I had to divorce her son..HA!

I don't peel the red potatoes either. While they are hot, but cool enough to handle I cut them up and add mayo and chopped green onions. Nothing else.

You can use other potatoes but once you use the red you'll never use anything else.

One of my favorite uncles mashes his potatoes by hand and makes his...about the same ing. I use, except he won't use sugar. Don't taste too bad (I always used to sneak and put some in anyway!)

I like to make potato salad with lots of eggs and potatoes. Radishes, carrots, celery, onion, green peppers, black olives, (mayonaise, mustard and vinegar mixture) and salt and pepper.

I am sure I am missing some things but it is getting late and I am getting fuzzy....

good excuse....
