| [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or
Register Now] enter you zipcode and find grocery stores in your area that particpate.... You print out a big list of items and if you buy an item you get a $0.20 - $2.00 money coupon that is good on your next shopping trip. The list doesn't really change that often. If there is a Kroger grocery store in your area go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] and click on savings on the left hand side. You can pick any coupons you want and they mail them to you for free! It works, I do it about once a month! [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] or [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] is the same way. Register for FREE and pick out coupons you want. Sometimes they have a lot sometimes just a few. I've done this and they do mail them in less than 3 weeks. Same with [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] Find the coupon or savings link on the main page, register, and they send coupons to you. I can't remember any sites where you can just print out for free. Maybe [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] but I think you have to download some special software. My mom sends me, about once a month, all the coupon catalogs that are in the Sunday paper minus the ones that she has cut out but it is a big help! Also, check to see if your grocery store has a free savings card you can sign up for. I know Kroger has one and Harris Teeter did but HT is out of business in Georgia. See ya! Bethie |

Either login above or Register Now] [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] this is a rebate program~kinda cool because you can use a coupon plus get a rebate too! watch [Only registered and activated users can see links. I also use [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or
Register Now] The coupons are a little higher than most (though the value has gone down a little in the last few months). I just use them on things that I need to buy anyways. I have almost 20.00 from the last few months. Another site is [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or
Register Now] They haven't had many lately but I still check from time to time. They actually send you the coupons in the mail (about a week) for free. Glad to be of service-- you are such a blessing!!! Mlpalomaki
