I definitely love cheap cleaning tricks. I have a large old blue paint stain on my beige carpet in my apartment. I've used carpet cleaners (i.e. Resolve) and it didn't work. I'll try the dishwashing liquid and the shaving cream but if anyone else has any tips for me that would be great!!! (I'm a scruber too so, if you know a product that works that just needs extra elbow grease behind it - I don't mind!)
