one-pot cakes featured in cooking light magazine!

thought this was great, it's in cooking light's new issue (has notbeen posted to their website yet)

one-pot cakes just do everything from scrach in one bowl and pour into 9" circle cake pan! i thought this was great cuz we have such such limited counter space and cooking from scractch always gets messy and frustrating since there is limited places to put stuff... they had some yummy cakes like espresso-walnut cake and blueberry pecan cake and raisin rum apple sauce cake.....

they even had a blurb abouthow to cook successfully in one bowl (how to avoid curdlingyour eggs, etc.....)

p.s. article was based on a book called "one-pot cakes" but the book is out of printand would have to be special ordered by your local bookseller quite pricey, about $18 for a 144 hard cover book, i don't think there is a softcover edition although it was published a while ago
