How often do you use fast food coupons?

I was just thinking, why don't I use fast food coupons? I've never thought about it before. Is it worth the time? I'm sort of afraid of justifying eating out too often just because I have coupons. I have a tendency to become a fast food junkie.

Just imagine a person who is a McDonalds addict trying to break free but then they find a [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] that is just begging them to use it. That is like me.

What are your suggestions? How do you handle justifying eating out when you have killer coupons? Or (in general) how do you keep from buying things that you don't need when you have good coupons?

I don't really eat at fast food places, but if you type coupons into google you can usually find a lot of places have deals on and you can make some really good savings and also eat in some different places.

My family and I usually try and eat once a week usually on Sunday's. We usually go to the same several fast food places: Fazoli's, Sonic, Taco Bell, McDonald, Burger King- most of which have coupons from time to time. If I happen to have a coupon for that place we think it's great to save. It makes that outing even better.

I use them on occasion, but in reality its often just as cheap to order off of their value menu. Some coupons really are quite a bargain and when I find them I always use them.

I get them in the mail alot, but use them sometimes as well. If there is a coupon for free coffee or specialty drink, I use that. Food wise, not that often.
