| Homemade snack crackers?
My husband is addicted to those little crackers, he'll go thru 4 or more packs every night he works. I was thinking I could save some by making them at home and they might even taste better. But the only thing I could make would be peanut butter crackers and I know that would only last a week before he would beg to go back to the packaged ones. Does anybody else make them? I was thinking that dip recipes would be a good filler for crackers anyone have some good ones that don't have to be refrigerated?

If he does not mine processed foods some processed cheeses are shelf stable. My DH likes dips for veggies in lunch, I make mostly salsa and tofu types for him.I put them in the freezer and he takes them out frozen to put in his lunch in the morning, they thaw but are still cool by lunchtime.DH also likes mustard with crackers
