By buying applicances that have an energy star rating you can save a great deal on your electric bill. The refrigerator uses the most electricity of all our applicances.

I replaced my pc monitor with lcd and I saved in electricity bills. Usually we use the 17" PC monitor about 10 hours or more a day.
