ISO two recipes

Hey all, hope everyone is doing well. I am in search of two recipes, hope someone here can help.
I know the ingredients for the first recipe, but don't know the amounts or what order to prepare it. Here are the ingredients...

2 cups macaroni (cooked or dry???)
1 can (what size???) milk (says undiluted, but is it evaporated??)
2 cans (what size???) shrimp
can (what size???) mushroom soup
mozzarella cheese (how much???)
The recipe says to stir in cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. I do remember this tastes very good, but not sure how to prepare it and how much of the ingredients to add, etc.

The other recipe I found online a long time ago and have only made it once. I don't recall what all the ingredients were, but it was good.
It was an oyster stuffing and called for oysters and I'm not sure what else. I know, not much info here, but I know it did not contain rice, I'm thinking maybe it had bread in it, but not positive.

Thanks all. I'm trying to get my grocery list ready for next week and these are two things I was thinking of making. I appreciate any help!
Katie

Sorry Katie...can't help you but my suggestion is to go to www.allrecipes.com to look it up. They have a great search feature where you can type in ingredients and it will offer you recipes that include those ingredients. Good luck!

Re: ISO two recipes

Sorry, I've never heard of these recipes but I'd assume that they meant standard can sizes. For your first recipe, I'd try

2 cups macaroni, cooked (there doesn't seem to be enough liquid in the other ingredients to cook dry pasta)
1 can milk - I'd use a standard 6 or 8 oz evaporated
2 cans shrimp - I'd use 2 of the smaller tuna size cans
can of mushroom soup - I'd use the standard can, not the large family size
mozzarella cheese - one can never have too much cheese But, I'd start off with 2 cups shredded & add up to 4 cups, depending on how cheesy it looked when it was mixed in.

Now this looks like something that everyone here would eat, so maybe I'll experiment with it myself

Re: ISO two recipes

Ok, I did an experiment with the shrimp recipe & we all loved how it turned out Hubby says thank you because he loves shrimp and this is so easy to make!

This is what I used:

2 cups cooked angel hair pasta (cooked to al dente - not soft)
1 can PET evaporated milk (standard size - 5 or 6 oz)
2 cans shrimp (small size, like a tuna can)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup (regular size, not family size)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

First, boil & drain pasta. Return to pot and add the milk and soup. Mix well.

Then add the shrimp, one can at a time and mix well after each can.

Then stir in the cheese - I added it 1/2 cup at a time. Mix well.

Pop this into a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

That's so funny kat, that you ended up making this and liked it so much!! (I wonder if Dolphin's tried it?)

Kat, can you describe what flavors stand out in this dish, is it the shrimp, the soup, the cheese? And if you were to make it again, would you change anything or add seasonings, such as garlic or dill?
Thanks, Jani
