| Can you freeze potatoes?
My father in law raises potatoes and when they come in there is an aboundance. But the fresh ones seem to seed out and go bad quicker then the store bought. So i'm trying to find a way to save some for the winter. Has anyomne had any success freezing cut potatoes without them turning black? Like as fries or slices. Thanks, Carol M
