Herbal Heat Wrap

I could've sworn I saw instructions on how to make these on this board, but now I can't find them. These are the wraps you heat up in the micro...they sell for about $25 at the malls. Does anyone know how to make them, or can you direct me to the instructions? Thanks.

Thank, that's it!! I guess my search didn't work because I used "scented heat wraps."

Your more than welcome. I have actually made these before. I have 3 huge lavender bushes in my front yard so, I dry it and make these for friends and family.
